Issue
Project objective
Create a clear and professional interface that allows Pagardim to enhance its offering, while restructuring its graphic identity. The main deliverable: a showcase website designed to reassure, convince, and facilitate contact.
About Pagardim
Pagardim is a payroll outsourcing company that supports more than 50 businesses in the complete management of the payroll cycle: data collection, personnel administration, and social declarations. Its proprietary software, compliant with regulatory obligations, relies on a team of responsive experts who are close to their clients.
Introspection
Fcode
What I have learned
100% autonomous in the UX section, in direct contact with the client and the PM. I provided product expertise on the structure, readability of the offer, and navigation fluidity.
What I have learned
Manage a project in total autonomy,
Adapt my design to HR standards,
Meet the objectives of conversion and positioning with sobriety.
Limitations of the scope
Good management of customer relationships,
Relevance of the proposed paths,
Taking into account technical constraints from the outset.
Areas for improvement
With a larger budget or more time, I would have liked to go further on the measurement of UX impact, intervene on the final design (UI), and propose user tests to validate the paths. This would have strengthened the coherence and relevance of the product.
Logo
Pagardim
In Brief!
The redesign of Pagardim's logo aimed to modernize its visual identity while preserving its foundations. I explored several creative avenues before selecting an approach that embodies trust, efficiency, and modernity of the company's services.
Logo redesign
Summary
Modernize the current logo while preserving its essence and readability.
Logo before/ After
➤ Old logo very rigid, narrow typography.
➤ New logo more readable, simple geometric shapes, color palette preserved.
Logo representations
The new logo has been designed around simple geometric shapes and soothing colors (blue and yellow), evoking:
Blue: trust, reliability, professionalism.
Yellow: optimism, clarity, energy.
The stylized "P" symbolizes the various outsourcing poles of the company:
payroll, administration, social declarations, etc.
Each block of the logo illustrates a section, with a colored separation that highlights the diversity of services.
Finally, the new typography brings a balance between modernity and accessibility, to better represent Pagardim's human and professional approach.
Wireframe
Pagardim
In Brief!
I designed the desktop and then mobile wireframes for the Pagardim website. This step allowed me to clarify user journeys, prioritize content, and structure the interface according to the priorities identified with the Product Manager.
Wireframe
Objective
Create a solid UX foundation by translating functional requirements into clear, coherent, and prioritized wireframes.
Key steps
Analysis of the brief and flow proposed by the PM.
Translation into desktop wireframes → then adaptation for mobile.
Emphasis on call-to-action, customer benefits, services offered.
Designed pages
Home Page : highlighting key services and important figures.
"About Us" Page : clear presentation of the company, values, team.
Product Page : details of the offering, support, social proofs, and calls to action.
Wireflow
Method
The wireframes were designed as a dialogue tool with the client:
Clarify the structure of the site
Validate the information hierarchy
Ensure that the business priorities were respected
